It's been a long time since I wrote about my singing competition. After going through 2 Qualifying rounds, the Quarter Finals and Semi Finals, I will be competing in the Finals this Friday - finally.
My friends and colleagues have been so supportive. I would not have made it without their support.
Honestly, I am nervous about this Friday but I will still do my best. Its not about winning for me, its more about having fun and enjoying the competition.
Thank you all for supporting me all the way since the competition started.
The thoughts of a dreamer in a world I sometimes have no clue of... Expect loads of crap from me. Hey!! That's what blogging is all about ain't it?

Another Weekend in JB
How good can this get? I am at JB again for the weekend for work - what's new? But this time things are much much better since there is someone here to accompany me. Its always good to travel with someone and having someone to have meals with me. Good meals in fact even though it was just McDonald's for brunch.
I am feeling lazy again to blog. I wonder if this is part of a symptom of a blogger. Getting more and more brain dead these days when it comes to blogging.
Anyway, I will be getting a new phone soon... Yes, you read it correctly, a brand new phone. How nice and it is going to be a birthday gift. Which model you ask? The mouth watering Nokia N95 with a close to 5 mega pixel camera - a phone I have set my eyes on since it was out in the market. Means that all of you will see more nice photos from me in the future - if I am able to get over my laziness to blog.
Confession - I went for a shopping spree on Friday at 1 Utama and I bought 2 new working shirts and a pair of cuff link that cost me a whooping RM657. I have always wanted Raoul shirts and I got them finally - was waiting for them to come out with women wear for a long time. And today at JB I bought a new pair of Nike shoes - I love my shopping and I adore the person who bought me a brand new Ralph Lauren Polo T-shirt that cost RM350 and also a top from MNG that cost RM99.
I am a very lucky and a very happy person - also a BROKE person at the moment.
Please stop me from shopping again for a year.

Lazy Mood...
I am feeling lazy... Very lazy to update my blog lately. I know, its not a good thing. But I haven't been taking that many photos and there is nothing much for me to blog about.
I have 3 meetings today... Yes, 3 meetings and that has filled up my entire day. Done with one before lunch and I have 2 more to go for after this. What a day.
Wilson the sakai ran away to Australia and there is no one for me to whack in the office. I think he will be back on 31st August. Went through my photo album and saw a pic I kinda like....
Introducing... Sakai - Wilson Szeto

We took this photo at Damai Laut during the last teambuilding. It was a memorable trip cause I got pissed drunk that night but it was fun nonetheless.
I am doing this to show that I am not that lazy to update my blog but just not having much inspiration to write lately.
Till the next one.

What? It's Been a Year?
I had an excellent dinner last night with people I have not seen for a while. I didn't know it has been a year until they mentioned it. Interesting how time flies. Come to think of it, the last time I had dinner with them, I was still with my previous company and I have been here in DiGi for a year already. Maybe it has been more than a year.
Time for some photos.... and an introduction to the wonderful friends I have....

Excuses and More Excuses...
It has been the happiest week for me but no pictures were taken throughout the ordeal so I was a bit reluctant to update my blog. Excuses - I hear someone saying but that is really the case. I always find blogs with pictures more interesting, don't you? You'd be lying if you say no - so don't try.
Why am I so happy lately you ask? Well, put it this way... There are some people you communicate with all the time that is capable of bringing the best out of you. That person cares for you more than anyone has ever cared & appreciate the things you do for them. I've recently found someone like that thus the happiness.
I still have not received the Malacca photos from Emily *grumble grumble* so I shall just post the few that I have eventhough it may not be as nice - I think I should just post a group photo to quench all your thirst for the moment...
Waiting in line for Satay Celup
Found something interesting as well in my folder...
Hungry people feeling so happy to see food

Weekend @ Malacca
I had an awesome weekend again. It was excellent company and this time, we invaded Malacca.
We left KL only around 4:30pm and got there close to 6:30pm. Just right on time to check into the 3 bedroom apartment and then head out for dinner at Jonker Street. Amy and Lay Eng occupied one room with the obvious reason that "music" starts the moment both of them fall asleep - if you get what I mean.
At Jonker street, everyone went night-market-crazy-shopping while Hiong Hiong and I was so hungry we decided to go look for dinner without waiting for the rest. In the end, we found a restaurant and settled down to have Asam Laksa and Durian Cendol - so authentic huh?
After dinner, the shopping continues at the night market and we ended up at the other end of the street thus making our vehicle darn far away from us. So we actually did quite a bit of walking - for me, it was equavalent to one week of walk and for Lay Eng, it was probaby worth a year. She started singing the moment she got into the car "if you make me walk again... I will f**k you kao kao" and trust me.... that was made into a song by her - all we could do was laugh ourselves silly.
Famous Satay Celup was for supper. I know I know... We were eating non stop but isn't that the reason why people go Malacca? Oh, that... And also to visit the historical sites - how could I forget? Isn't it obvious we didn't do any sight seeing?
Drinking session started at the apartment after all of us had our shower. We had 2 bottles of white wine and a bottle of red wine. We were drinking till 3am and the rest decided to get some rest while Fong Sien, Emily and I chatted at the balcony talking about everything.
Next day we went for Chicken Rice Balls, walked along Jonker and had Durian Cendol before heading to do our food shopping. The Avanza we went with was already pretty full on the way to Malacca, it was in the worst shape on the way back.
All in all, it was a great trip. Excellent even. And it cost us only RM100 each inclusive of petrol, toll, accomodation and all the yummy food we had.
I should thank Hiong Hiong for beng an excellent treasurer throughout the entire trip. She was the best.
I know you all must be wondering why is this post so boring with no photos at all... Truth be told, I haven't gotten the photos yet but I do not want to miss out on the things we have done throughout the trip - getting old and I may forget what happened.
Stay tuned and the next posting will be full of photos to make up for this.

Don't really have the time to write something long and elaborate, therefore, I will just upload the photos for you all to enjoy.

Night View at Fraser'sThis is picture was taken from our apartment before we went out for dinner. Notice the lights in the middle? That is the town of Fraser's Hill.
The most interesting part happened while we were on our way back to KL. We saw this along the road and we just had to stop to take a picture of it. Check this out...

Anyone keen to go into hiding? Turn right here please...
